When a new customer completes their first online order using the voucher issued after sign-up, you earn a $5 reward.

Rewards, Vouchers & Cashout
All rewards are first issued as The Care vouchers.Â
Option 1: Use your vouchersÂ
Suitable for influencers who are customers or frequent users:
- Full value retained
- Redeemable for The Care Services
- Non-transferable
- Each voucher is valid for 90 days from the date it is creditedÂ
Option 2: Cash out your vouchersÂ
If you’d rather cash out, you can request this monthly.
- Minimum voucher balance: $30
- Processed monthly
- Payout via PayNow
- Once cashed out, vouchers cannot be reversed.Â
- Unused balances roll over within the 90-day validity period

When is a reward counted?
A reward is counted only when a new customer completes their first online order using your referral link or code and the issued voucher.Â
To be eligible, all of the following must apply:
- The customer is new to The Care
- The order is placed online via TCL online
- Your referral link or code is used
- The $5 OFF voucher is applied at checkout
- The order meets the minimum spend of $30
- The order status is marked Completed
- Not be cancelled, refunded, or disputed
If any of these conditions are not met, the reward will not be issued.
Do I earn a reward from sign-ups only?
No. Rewards are earned only when a new customer completes their first order.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
If an order is cancelled or refunded (fully or partially), the reward becomes ineligible.Â
If a reward was already issued, it may be adjusted or offset against future rewards.Â
What happens if the voucher isn’t used?
If the customer checks out without using the $5 OFF voucher, the order will not be counted as a valid referral transaction.
Can you share a simple example?
Sure! Here are a few common scenarios:
- A new customer places a $30 order, uses the voucher, and the order is completed → You earn $5
- A new customer places a $120 order, uses the voucher, and the order is completed → You earn $5
- A customer places an order but does not use the voucher → No reward
- An order is completed but later cancelled or refunded → No reward
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
No. There’s no cap on the number of completed orders you can earn rewards from.
