- Category-Specific Usage
This gift card is only valid for the specific services indicated on the card design (e.g., baby item cleaning, wash & fold, ironing). It cannot be used for other service categories. - In-Store Redemption Only
The gift card can only be redeemed at our physical outlets. It is not valid for use on our website, mobile ordering platforms, or through any online transactions. - Non-Refundable & non-exchangeable
This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services outside its designated category. - Partial Redemption & Balance
If the total bill is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be used on future purchases within the same service category. No cash or credit will be given for the unused balance. - Top-Ups Allowed
Customers may top up the gift card if the remaining balance is not sufficient to cover the full cost of the selected service. Top-ups must be done at our physical outlets during the point of redemption. - Discounted Gift Card Exclusions
Discounted gift cards cannot be used for promotional items, subscription plans, or any package promotions. - Validity Period
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of activation. Expired gift cards will not be honored. - Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Treat this card like cash. - Non-Transferable
This card is intended for individual use and is not transferable or resellable. - Add-On Services
For services that go beyond the scope of what is covered by this card (e.g., additional treatments or premium services), customers may pay the difference separately at the outlet. - Usage Monitoring
Redemption of this gift card is controlled by our Customer Service Officer at the outlet. A record of each transaction will be maintained for tracking remaining balance and validity. - Company Rights
The Care Laundry reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
