What’s included:

Size Limits (to qualify for free cleaning):
- Maximum height: 180 cm
- Maximum width: 130 cm per panel
Important notes:
- Curtains exceeding the size limits may be counted as two panels or charged at standard rates.
- Removal and reinstallation are included only if already part of your booked service
- Oversized or heavily soiled curtains may incur additional charges.
Sofa Cleaning: Free up to 4 pieces of sofa pillows*

What’s qualifies:
- Standard throw pillows only
- Maximum size: 45 cm x 45 cm per pillow
Exclusion & charges
- Large backrest cushion and seat cushions are not included
- Leather cushion covers that require a separate cleaning process may incur a surcharge
- Pillows exceeding size limits will be charged at standard rates.
Mattress Cleaning: Free up to 2 pcs of sleeping pillows or bolsters*
✔️Bonus: Get up to 2 sleeping pillows or bolsters cleaned for free with mattress cleaning.
What’s qualifies:
- Sleeping pillows: up to 70 cm x 45 cm
- Bolsters: up to 100 cm in length
Exclusion & charges
- Memory foam or latex pillows may be excluded depending on the cleaning method required.
- Additional or oversized items will be charged at standard pricing
Important Terms to Note
To ensure clarity and a smooth service experience:
- Cleaning method: Complimentary items are cleaned via vacuum and steam only
- Single visit only: Bonus items must be cleaned during the same visit as the main service
- One household per booking
- Size & material limits apply:
- Curtains: Max 180 cm height, 130 cm width per panel
- Memory foam, latex pillows, or leather covers may incur exclusions or surcharges
- Items exceeding limits or with heavy soiling will be charged at standard rates.
