Hey there! We’ve got an update for all our laundry subscription and ala-carte customers. Starting 29 September 2025, we’ll be adjusting our subscription plan prices
Don’t worry! This is all about helping us keep providing the reliable, high-quality, laundry care you love, while making improvements to make your laundry experience even better.
If you’re already a subscriber, you’ve got plenty of time before the new prices kick in. Here’s what you need to know.
Who This Affects
- Existing subscribers (before 29 September 2025)
You’ll keep your current subscription price for 12 months. Your plan will only be updated to the new rates from 29 September 2026. - New laundry subscription subscribers (from 29 September 2025 onwards)
New subscribers will be charged the updated subscription rates immediately. - Ala-Carte customers
Prices for ala-carte services will also increase starting 29 September 2025. This includes single orders for wash & fold. - Corporate customers
Existing contracts remain at their agreed rates util the end of the contract. New corporate quotes after 29 September 2025 will reflect the updated prices.
