Points are based on net spend, not total checkout value
Points are calculated after discounts, vouchers, or promotions are applied. This ensures fair and accurate point accumulation for every order.
Tier upgrades are automatic — no action needed
Once you reach the required spend, your tier will be upgraded automatically. There’s no need to request or activate anything manually.
Tier 2 discounts apply only to eligible orders
The 10% OFF à la carte discount is valid for single orders above $65 and does not apply to bundles, promotions, or subscription packages.
Delivery fee waivers must be applied at checkout
Tier 2 subscribers receive a delivery fee waiver voucher, but it must be manually selected at checkout. If the voucher isn’t applied, the delivery fee cannot be refunded.
Points do not convert automatically into discounts
Points stay in your account until you choose to redeem them at checkout. Be sure to apply them before completing your order.
Birthday vouchers are valid for a limited time
Birthday vouchers are issued during your birthday month and must be used within that month. Unused vouchers will expire after the birthday period.
Tier 2 status is reviewed yearly
To continue enjoying Tier 2 benefits, members must spend a minimum of $2,500 within a 12-month period, calculated from their Tier 2 qualification date (not the calendar year).
Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. If the minimum spend is not met by the end of this period, the account will automatically revert to Tier 1.
Loyalty benefits may change over time
From time to time, The Care Laundry may update the Loyalty Program benefits or structure to better serve members. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
