ORDER DELIVERY
The Care will provide delivery service in mainland Singapore on any orders placed through www.thecare.com.sg. For the avoidance of doubt, The Care does not deliver to Jurong Island and any of the other islands.
The following delivery fees are applicable to your order:

The Care will only deliver your order to the front door of the stated delivery address. Where The Care has been notified to leave your order at your front door, The Care shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or damage or loss however arising.
If there are any changes in the delivery address / contact details made between submission of order and delivery date, Customers are to update The Care at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
The Care reserves the right to charge you the following fees, for the provision of our online grocery services, including but not limited to:
- Service Fee: picking, packing and storage
- Delivery Surcharge: applicable fees based on higher cost for high demand delivery slots
You will be notified of any applicable fees prior to purchase on the checkout page on our Application.
This information is collected The Care internal use such as to improve website security, to detect broad demographic trends, to assist us in providing content tailored to your interests and to otherwise enhance your experience on this Site. This information may also be shared with third parties on an aggregate and non-personally identifiable basis.
It is your responsibility to review the fees carefully before submitting an order. When you place an order, you agree to all amounts, additional charges and the final ‘Total’ amount which is displayed to you at the checkout page. You will be deemed to be aware of, and you accept responsibility for the total amount incurred under your account.
Any fees that The Care may charge you are due immediately and are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel any normal order at no charge if notice given is at least 24 hours prior to delivery; and for bulk orders, notice given must be prior to order confirmation. In the event you are unable to provide the requisite notice, there will be a cancellation charge for each order cancelled in the sum of $7.99 (incl. of GST) for delivery.
In the event that you are not present to receive an order at the scheduled delivery date, there will be a redelivery charge of $7.99 (incl. of GST) imposed for orders, payable in cash to the driver. You are required to provide a redelivery date within 2 days from original date, failing which, The Care will proceed to cancel the order and a cancellation charge of $7.99 will be imposed for order. The balance order amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment.
In the event that we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel the said order.
