How To Get Rewarded?
Sign into your Account.
Log into your account and click on the referral program tab. Either copy the link of share using the Invite friends button to forward the code to them effortlessly.
Referrer Sign Up with The Care Laundry and complete their first order.
Your friend uses your referral code to complete their first order (with minimum order of $30). What’s more! Your friend gets to enjoy $10 off their first order purchase too!
Your Rewards Gets credited
Once your friend completes their first order with us, you will automatically be rewarded $5 voucher to be used for your new service purchase with us

By participating in The Care Laundry Referral Program “Refer a Friend”, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility
- The Program is open to existing The Care Laundry customers who have made at least one paid transaction (“Referrer”).
- Referred individuals (“Referee”) must be new customers who have not previously used The Care Laundry services.
How it Works
- The Referrer shares their unique referral link or code with friends, family, or acquaintances.
- The Referee must use the referral code or link given by the referrer during sign-up to qualify for the program.
- Once the Referee successfully completes their sign up,
- The referrer will receive $5 to be used on their next purchase
- The referee will receive $10 to be used on their first purchase, with a minimum order of $30
- Referrals are only valid if the Referee’s order meets the minimum spend or service requirement specified in the Program.
Rewards
- Rewards will be defined in the promotional material of the Program.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Care Laundry reserves the right to substitute a reward with another of equivalent value at its discretion.
Limitations
- The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Referral links may not be published or distributed on public platforms intended for mass distribution (e.g., coupon websites, forums).
- The Care Laundry reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee if fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program is suspected (including, but not limited to, self-referrals, creating fake accounts, or manipulating the system).
- The Program may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated.
Validity
- The referral program is ongoing with no end date until stated otherwise.
- Any unused rewards will expire 3 months after issuance.
Changes to the Program
- The Care Laundry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting updated Terms & Conditions on The Care Laundry’s website.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by The Care Laundry, which are final.

Once you’re signed in, you’ll receive a unique referral link. Share it with friends, family, or anyone you know. When they sign up and make their first purchase (minimum $30), they’ll get a $10 credit—and you’ll earn a $5 voucher toward your next purchase.

You’ll earn points for every successful referral, which are tiered based on how many friends you refer. On top of that, you’ll receive a $5 voucher per referral.
Your referred friend will receive a $10 credit to use on their first purchase (minimum $30 order required).
Our default ironing process does not include starch. However, starch ironing is available upon customer request.
Yes. You will be able to stop the subscription at any time, but please do take note that if you choose to cancel your subscription before the month ends, refunds cannot be issued for the remaining unused portion. There are no minimum months required to start a subscription with us.
Please notify our Customer Service prior to the next renewal/billing cycle for any cancellations to your subscriptions, as renewals are processed automatically by our system.
The renewal date of your subscription will be the same date your subscription first started. Our system will automatically send the renewal notice to your registered email a few days before the renewal date. The renewal payment will be automatically processed by our system, using your preferred payment method.
Should you prefer to renew manually, we will send the renewal invoice and detailed payment instructions directly to your WhatsApp.
You are able to pause your subscription at any time and continue depending on your preferred duration. The date your service resumes will be your next pickup date. Please take note that you are only able to pause your subscription for a maximum of 30 days.
